The brief
In 1954, São Paulo saw the emergence of the famous Ibirapuera Park, designed by Oscar Niemeyer. Today, the Perkins&Will studio presents Oscar Ibirapuera, a luxurious residential building with unique views of the park.
The building offers spacious apartments ranging from 186 m² to 233 m², with 3 or 4 bedrooms, including up to 4 suites. A highlight is the spacious, pillar-free living room, providing panoramic views of Ibirapuera Park.
Scope of Work
The common areas include an elegant ballroom, swimming pools, saunas, spa, gym, playground, and more. Interior design by Unique Vintage enhances the feeling of comfort and fluidity of the spaces. Landscaping by Benedito Abbud highlights vertical gardens and tropical vegetation. The Oscar Ibirapuera incorporates elements of Brazilian modernism and connects to the park with open walkways.
